Our list would not be complete without the popular tapas staple, Boqueria. With two locations in Soho and Flatiron, Boqueria has long been a favorite amongst serious tapas aficionados. Weekends here are especially busy, with waits ranging from 30 mins to over an hour, a fact that is easily mitigated with a few pitchers of their delicious sangria and a hearty servings of the Patatas Bravas. To avoid the crowds, come here for lunch or on a weeknight, when you can perch yourself on one of their high stools and order away to your heart's content.
