The second member of David Chang's sprawling Momofuku empire, Ssam Bar may be one of the most popular ones. While the original Momofuku's menu has a somewhat lighter touch and is primarily a noodle bar, Ssam is a celebration of the heartier things in life, like whole duck rotisserie and spicy pork sausage and of course, their celebrated pork belly buns.
