The Butterfly
The Butterfly is a cocktail-bar and supper club located in Tribeca serving a simple menu of American-favorites. The cocktail menu was designed by mixologist Eben Freeman and Michilen-ranked Chef Michael White, who together have created an array of unique and outlandish drink options. Some of the Butterfly’s most noteworthy drinks include the Grasshopper made with clarified milk punch and the HighBall made with Mitcher’s rye and smoked coke.
