What: For a few years Gilligan's was the spot where everyone guzzled down watermelon margaritas in the summertime, but last year the outdoor part of the Soho Grand hotel revamped the space and put a strong emphasis on a new, flavorful menu. The restaurant is run by the people behind downtown favorites Ruby's, Dudley's, and Montauk hotspot Moby's, and this summer the coastal Italian fare (locally sourced from Long Island) makes its way to weekday lunches for the perfect midday break in Soho.
