The Gatehouses at Kings County Distillery
What: Though more of a cocktail bar and whiskey tasting room, Kings Country Distillery is one of the best hidden gems in Brooklyn. Last summer they opened up their outdoor space beside the distillery, where they served barbecue (and occasional treats like free Shake Shake + Stumptown affogatos) on picnic tables. This year they've stepped it up with The Gatehouses, an indoor/outdoor space which features classic cocktails, flights of their signature whiskey, and a food menu including sandwiches, salads, and snacks from Vinegar Hill House and Crown Finish Caves.
