You don't know dim sum if you've never experienced it at Jing Fong, one of New York's biggest Chinese restaurants. Go up the grand escalators and take in the enormous dining room, capable of seating 800, but be prepared to wait - especially on the weekend. Trust us though, the authentic eats are so worth it.
