The Financial District seems a dismal spot to party once all the hedge fund managers have gone back to New Jersey, but when the sun sets all the cool kids come out to eat Chinese. Bar, restaurant, and banquet hall China Chalet is a favorite of the city's skater and alt-fashion types, who can frequently be found posing with roses and scarfing down fresh-made Siu Mai or Har Kow.
