Started in 1990 as a pie company, Ron Silver's Tribeca dining institution has now expanded to include locations in the Meatpacking district as well as one in Japan. While the menu has diversified and grown over the years, simple all-American comfort food is still what Bubby's does best. Bubby's in Tribeca is open 24 hours, while the High Line location has more normal operating hours, but both locations offer a breakfast/lunch menu during the day and a midnight brunch menu for the wee hours of the night.
