No breakfast post would be complete without including Williamsburg's neighborhood staple, Egg Restaurant. Ever since its opening, locals have been busting down the door for a taste of mastermind George Weld's delicious interpretation of southern comfort cuisine. In fact, Egg has become so popular they recently moved their location to a larger venue in an effort to alleviate some of the treacherous wait times often experienced here on weekends.
