At this point you probably have heard about Xi’an Famous Food, but you might not know they opened up a new spot for their favorite Xi’an noodles: Biang! Carrying on its typical spicy, a bit sour and cumin kind of complex flavor, Biang offers spicy beef/lamb noodles, cumin barbecued skewers (woooooow) and a special kind of tea from Xi’an called “Three Treasure Tea,” served in a beautiful traditional Chinese tea cup. If you are drooling in front of the screen already (we don’t see how you aren’t), absolutely go check out this authentic Xi’an food party!
