Ippudo ventured into North America by opening this ramen noodle house on Fourth Avenue. The stellar appetizers which include thinly sliced beef tataki, and stewed kakuni pork are impressive, but the ramen noodles are the main draw. Sidewalk spectators salivate as they watch the noodles being made through the glass window. Ippudo is a prime spot for lunch or take out, and if you're a ramen lover, you simply have to try the noodles at this authentic Japanese chain.
