Looking to go all out for Thanksgiving? At $115 the menu wanders all over the place. There's a foie gras terrine and a pumpkin lobster veloute for starters. A basic roasted turkey with cornbread chestnut stuffing is their Thanksgiving bird. But if you need a substitute or want variety at the table, Le Cirque has a Venison Saddle with a parsnip vanilla puree, and a black bass with leeks. Each course comes with the Thanksgiving trimmings: sweet potato puree, brussels sprouts, chestnuts and cranberries. And for those traditional desserts, the pumpkin pie with maple syrup meringue, the pecan pie with a chocolate crust and bourbon foam, or the chocolate souffle are sure to be hits.
