Saxon + Parole
At Saxon + Parole, the Thanksgiving menu is the chef's own family recipes with a fine dining twist. A turkey with a charred lemon fennel comes with an armagnac gravy with cranberry-kumquat sauce, crispy brussels sprouts, and chili caramel. Serving the prix fixe dinner from 3-10 p.m. at $75 a person, the restaurant has more options. For $20 more, Saxon + Parole has a 28-day dry aged NY strip with a bone marrow béarnaise. Along with a slew of fixings, Saxon + Parole has a "Tower of treats." Those treats--six total--include cinnamon marshmallows, banana foster tarts, and an apple and mint pâté des fruit.
