They're meticulously clean
Do they make you wipe down the microwave after each use? Do they make you bleach your entire apartment once a week to be sanitary? Do they make you spray Lysol in the trash can before you put in a new trash bag? Do they say having clothes on the floor will attract mice when really you're just not living in accordance to their ridiculously high standards? Do they accuse you of being a slob and bring up instances that could have never feasabily happened because they are so paranoid that they have no grip on reality? Do they have the entire apartment rearranged without your consent because they swear you're banging around furniture at 3:00 a.m. when really, it's the piping?
Sociopaths are all about appearances - that's why they're hyper-organized. They pick on people who don't comply with this insane criteria. Maybe it's because they like living in a hotel room, or it's because they want to clean up any traces of criminal activity (e.g. blood, incriminating DNA). After all, they may be capable of living up entirely in accordance to the Marie Kondo Method , but they're not capable of abiding by the social contract or actual laws.
