14 Signs You're Dating A Sociopath

Not everyone is going to get along with everyone. I mean, I hate myself but I hate most people even more. However, it would be extremely uncomfortable and weird for a normal to look people they hate in the eye and tell them everything that's wrong with them. The people who are comfortable with that are freaks of nature. Some call that being an asshole, but an asshole would call it brutal honesty. Brutal honesty isn't really a thing because how can one be honest when they are in no position to call people out because a) who are they to think that they can police people like that and b) their accusations are usually way off base because they don't know what they're talking about. It's just bullying cloaked in "good intentions."

However, not all assholes are sociopaths. Allow me to explain.

Assholes obviously are the worst when they're being "brutally honest" because they are in no place to call people out. But sociopaths lie all the time yet pride themselves on being brutally honest. Assholes don't lie all the time. Like yeah, they aren't self aware and don't really own up to their shit, but that doesn't make them pathological liars.
