I love a good raspberry. Iām also a huge fan of rum. Imagine my delight when I wrap my lips around this little beauty.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED 60 g (2 oz/1ā2 cup) fresh raspberries, plus extra for garnish 45 ml (11ā2 fl oz) spiced rum 3 teaspoons raspberry liqueur 3 teaspoons lime juice 1 dash Orange bitters 2 teaspoons agave syrup
Muddle the raspberries in a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients (except the garnish) along with 1ā2 cup ice. Shake vigorously.
Pour the contents of the shaker into an old fashioned glass and top with ice if necessary. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
