Splitting the Uber
If the date goes well and you can't keep your hands off each other, the Uber home should be ordered by the most adamant of the two. However, an agreed upon Venmo request isn't so bad, but never, ever, send a Venmo request after the fact without the other party's prior knowledge. It's rude.
