Nestled in the Adirondack Mountains, this ski resort boasts more ski-able acres than any other mountain in New York state, and is about a four-hour drive from the city. With 2,537 vertical feet, 86 trails and the longest run at 3.7 miles, experienced skiers can hit the slopes as much as they'd like, while novice skiers can take advantage of the lesson packages before hitting the trails.
