Arrested
James Buck, a graduate student from UC Berkeley was in Egypt photographing anti-government protests when he and his translator were arrested. On the way to the police station he tweeted one word, "Arrested" from his cell phone.
His friends back in California read his tweet and were able to call the consulate as well as the Egyptian authorities to help facilitate his release. After being released, he simply "Freed."
