Allen Katz of the New York Distilling Company: Rock Your Face Off (Toddy)
Ingredients
2 oz Mister Katz's Rock & Rye
1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp Honey Syrup (Mix 2 parts honey with 1 part water)
1 Dash Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Bitters
1. Add ingredients to a toddy or 6oz juice glass
2. Add 3 oz of hot water and stir
3. Garnish with a half-lemon wheel in the glass
