Louis C.K. - 'Live At the Beacon'
Louis C.K. is ahead of the game when it comes to connecting with fans, hosting Reddit chats and bypassing traditional ticket distributors. Last December, he raked in more than $1 million in ticket sales for his "Live at the Beacon" special. C.K. went on to donate a significant portion of the stand-up special's profits (about $280,000) to five charities, namely the Fistula Foundation, Green Chimneys, Charity: Water, PabLove, and Kiva.
