How could we not include Portland on this list? Adorable streetcars. Vegan (and phallic) donuts. Food trucks galore. Great craft beer. More yoga studios than we care to count. Your heavily tattooed, paleo, wilderness enthusiast, violist, man-bun sporting, DJ/barista boyfriend to propose to you with a ring he welded himself in Portland's magical rose gardens. If you somehow don't know anything about it, just watch an episode of Portlandia. The caricatures it depicts of Portland is fairly accurate. You are meant to move there if you can tolerate the stereotype.
