Who: "Belle"
Why: Not much is known about Belle (not her real name) of CHS, but what we know is that she is an inspiration to many 20-somethings women on the Hill. For the younger generations, it might be hard to be taken seriously if you don't adhere to the conservative looks found on the political scene. Belle shows everyone that you can embrace youth and trends and still be revered to as a person of importance. Keeping the fashions classic and a bit on the conservative side, Belle knows how to mix in trends and still have an appropriate wardrobe where it be for work, happy hours, and/or social events.
