RTR provided the 50 girls on the list gift cards for their site worth...you guessed it...$100. While glitter is a girl's best friend, fashionistas should be careful in picking their seasonal sequin frock. One issue that ladies can run into with sequin dresses is that if the cut is not right, the embellishments will swallow your silhouette. This can make even the most glamorous girls appear boxy and frumpy. Sondra's dress is perfect because its draping shows off her toned shoulders and rockin' bod in a way that is elegant and tasteful. Choosing not to wear a necklace leaves the dress's gorgeous neckline on full display, and her red Steve Madden pumps offered the perfect color contrast to an otherwise gold standard ensemble.  Her gold cuff is the perfect accessory to complement her flashy frock without subtracting from the dresses "wow" factor.
