At Saturday evening's dinner celebration, honoree Billy Joel's wife stole the show in this two-piece number. A high-waisted taffeta skirt could have easily been a bit dowdy but Alexis kept it sexy with a not-so-demure slit. Kudos for opting out of the boring, black gown fixture that is often seen at these kind of events.
