CBS This Morning co-host, Norah O'Donnell, gave Michelle Obama's biceps a run for their money. Her Caroline Herrera navy blue gown also boasted a structure bodice much like Michelle's but flared out into festive sparkles. Is anyone else expecting a 360-degree twirl to turn the bottom of her dress into some Hunger Games-esque display? Either way, the odds were definitely in her favor.
