Cranberry Fudge
Homemade fudge is many's favorite calorie-splurge and there's no better time than the holiday's to treat yourself!
What You Will Need:
2 cups (12 ounces) of semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup of light corn syrup
1/2 cup of confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup of reduced-fat evaporated milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 package (5 ounces) of dried cranberries
1/3 cup of Diamond of California Chopped Walnuts
