Other Details: This week the Embassy Row Hotel unveiled its rooftop, providing a chic new atmosphere to cool off during these hot summer days. Everything from the décor to the music and the drinks was infused with a cool and refreshing summer vibe, which is bound to keep both guests of the hotel and casual visitors coming back. Besides open bar, tasty snacks, which included fresh oysters, the event also showcased a line of custom tonics by Nicole Hassoun and OneHope Wines. The tonics, whether mixed with alcohol or virgin were a hit among guest. Models dawning 1950s retro swimwear were stationed by the pool, smiling and inviting guests to take a plunge. Yet, even though guests at the event were not willing to get their summer dresses and chino’s wet, it is easy to imagine guests lounging around the quaint pool, having a few drinks, and soaking in rays at one of DC's hottest new pools.
