Details: On Saturday, April 25, over 2,600 politicians, journalists, and celebrities rubbed shoulders at the annual White House Correspondents’ Dinner in the nation's capital. The evening was full of food, mingling, and zingers from the President. Those who attended the dinner weren’t the only ones who got to have fun; the night is for all of Washington’s elite to come out and play at various after parties. SELECT hosted a private after party for members at DC's hottest nightlife venue, The Huxley. The room was abuzz as lobbyists, entrepreneurs, doctors and other SELECT members enjoyed an open bar.
One SELECT member, Evan Bloomberg, said, “This was by far the best [White House] Correspondents’ Dinner after party I’ve attended. It’s the perfect mix of people in the right venue.” It was certainly a night to remember.
