Blue and Green Eyeliner
For blue or green eyes, take advantage of blue and green hues of eyeliner. The colored eyeliner will bring out the different colors in your eyes and give you a really striking appearance. You can always go with a darker hue if you're not feeling eccentric enough to rock a neon blue or green, but the different shades will impact your eyes dramatically.
