4. Ralph Lauren, now 72 years old, signs a 5-Year Deal to keep working. Lauren just signed a contract to keep his position as chairman and CEO of Ralph Lauren corp. In addition to staying with the company for 5 more years he will receive a 40% salary increase, although his cash bonus will be reduced about 30%. Once his 5 year contract elapses in 2017, Lauren will have acted as Chairman and CEO for 50 years, since he founded the company in 1967. [TelegraphUK]
