1. SXSW teams with Style X to bring the runway to the interactive music and film festival. South by South West (SXSW) festival in Austin, Texas sponsors rising music and film talents, and now, independent fashion designers. For the second year, Style X put on a fashion show at SXSW on March 16th-17th. Style X, a sort of love child between the internet and fashion, calls itself, "social style." American Apparel, Frye, and Neiman Marcus are a few partners of the fresh event founded by Joah Spearman and Jon Pattillo. [
