The Hollywood Reporter released its second annual ranking of showbiz's 25 most powerful stylists. Rachel Zoe was not ranked and Brad Goreski only came in at #20, with Kate Young winning the top slot as most powerful. You may not recognize her name but you definitely know her work as she's the one responsible for this major moment (
