Katniss: Capitol City Debutante
Like a long tradition of country girls before her, Katniss Everdeen traveled to the big city and got a makeover. Her fashion designer, Cinna, played by
Lenny Kravitz, is tasked with the challenge of styling Katniss and her partner, Peeta, with outfits representative of their coal mining district. The black patent leather outfits, with high collars and dragonlike scales, make a fierce first impression at their Capitol debut. The fire, we assume, is CGI, and for the models' sakes should not be attempted yet by real-world fashion designers, no matter the dramatic effect.
