The Budget Fashionista, alternatively known as TBF, was created in 2003 by Kathryn Finney As many fashionistas know, a passion for fashion and a relatively full bank account is a contradiction. Responding to her own love for fashion and lack of loot, Finney started her blog based on the idea that being stylish doesn't have to cost a pretty penny.
