This past Sunday, DanceBody took over hot spot Montauk Beach House for an epic, al fresco, end of summer sweat session. And guests were in for quite the treat, as the class was lead by DanceBody Founder and CEO, (and unarguably ripped human being), Katia Pryce.
So what does doing it like a dancer involve? Well, this dance-inspired fitness class may be taught by dancers, but it's truly for everyone. Just as dancers move with precision, purpose and passion, the DanceBody workout combines dance cardio and resistance toning to motivating music, leaving no muscle untouched by the end of the class.
Following the class, lucky DanceBody babes rehydrated on Core and Vita Coco, and snapped some shots at the Photo Booth - which we can all agree is the most important part of any physical activity.
