Multimedia artist and surfer Todd DiCiurcio spent the weekend painting a sick mural that touched on the long and often controversial history of surfing and Eastern LI conspiracy theories, going as far back as the early 17th Century. It certainly makes for an Insta-worthy #OOTD backdrop.
