Beaumarchais Celebrated Midsummer With A White Boozy Brunch

by Veronica Hoglund · June 28, 2012

Located right on the outskirts of East Hampton, Beaumarchais is taking the Hamptons by storm with their new summer location. A premier spot in Manhattan’s always-trendy Meatpacking District, Beaumarchais is bringing their city vibe and transforming it for a steamy summer out East.

Offering their signature dishes, albeit with a more Hamptons appropriate fare, meals at Beaumarchais include light summer courses, all developed by Executive Chef David E. Diaz. In addition to DJ Driven Dinners, which will leave you dancing and drinking the night away, the Beaumarchais situation is win-win for everyone involved. Naturally, their world famous champagne “Beau Brunch” will extend to the new setting, with live international DJ’s Saturday and Sunday from 2 PM to 6 PM.

Currently, Beaumarchais is open Friday through Sunday, starting at 7 PM, in addition to late nights for dancing with a special late-night menu on Fridays and Saturdays. Beginning on Wednesday, July 4th through Labor Day, the restaurant will be open for dinner service, starting at 6 PM.

This past Saturday, to promote the summer trend, Beaumarchais hosted their Midsummer White Brunch Party. Guests drank an endless supply of champagne while enjoying a meal of their choice. Our pick for the day was the tuna tartar appetizer and the eggs benedict as a main, and who could forget the chocolate molten cake we had for dessert, all while enjoying a set by DJ Mitch LJ. That Madonna Girl was also at Beaumarchais to prepare all the girls for the Midsummer celebrations with flower tiaras. Safe to say it, the Beau Brunch is worth a returning to again and again. We might even have to make an appearance again next weekend for some more Beaumarchais loving.
