Last night was totally "girls night" at the Gail Rothwell boutique in East Hampton. Retailer Gail Rothwell opened her doors for the East Hampton Shop at Sunset night to benefit The Retreat, the only women's shelter in East End. Guests enjoyed trunk shows featuring Amy Conway's signature jewelry collection, music, special offers and light refreshments. The night marked the first initiative benefiting The Retreat which apparently, according to director Jeffrey Friedman, was in need of funds to assist women and children in crisis at its the demand for its services has increased. "We are grateful for the support of Gail Rothwell and Amy Conway," he told Hamptons.com.

The night appeared to be as successful as anticipated. Guests grew fond of Amy Conway's elegant collection of pearls, sterling silver and floral inspired jewelry. Conway's jewelry also benefits her own foundation, Love Truly Matters, a charity to support organizations that empower women and girls throughout the world.
