The Ross School is back at it again this summer, continuing to prove that it is so much cooler than your highschool was. Besides the concert series @cross, which kicks off this Saturday with a concert from the Jonas Brother, they have Tony Hawk paying them a visit on Sunday! Tony is bringing his own personal vert ramp for fellow pro skate and BMX pros to play on.
It's the Tony Hawk Foundation Stands Up For Skateparks Benefit, a family-centric, carnival-style, star-studded benefit that has, for five years, only catered to Beverly Hills. In preparation for the event's move to the East Coast, Hamptons.com had an 8-year-old fan interview the pro skater. Read what he had to say HERE.
The Activision Presents Stand Up For Skateparks event will take place on Sunday, Aug. 10 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Ross Lower School located at 739 Butter Lane in Bridgehampton.
