Dr. No in 1962. Shortly after, Sports Illustrated featured their very first cover with a bikini in 1964.
In 1969, Raquel Welch barely spoke a sentence in the hit film
One Million Years B.C. in 1969 but her performance will never be forgotten due to her amazing bikini costume.
By the end of the decade, bikinis had become a part of society as women across the globe started embracing the trend.
