It's based on a true story about UK gay and lesbian activists working to help miners during their lengthy strike of the National Union of Mineworkers in the summer of 1984. The film premiered in Cannes to amazing reviews and is next on its way to the Toronto Film Festival. It's a funny, emotional, and inspiring film.
