Take us back to your basement in Montauk. How did you guys originally get the idea to start a brewery?
Eric, Joe, and I grew up together out here, and after college we got together to brew small batches of beer for our friends. It really just started as a fun summer thing to do, invite friends, BBQ and share the beers that we were making in my basement.
We are from this place, too, so we can tell an authentic story. We are locals, and we are very proud of the community that has supported us.
