Why: The Byrd Hoffman Water Mill Foundation celebrates its 22nd Annual Summer Benefit & Auction—a one-of-a-kind evening bringing together over 1,000 guests from the worlds of art, performance, theater, fashion, design, and society—at The Watermill Center on Saturday, July 25. This year’s event, entitled Circus of Stillness... the power over wild beasts, features new works created by more than 125 artists from 27 countries who were selected to participate in the five-week International Summer Program.
