From the handkerchief tucked elegantly into his pocket (so you can borrow it to wipe the sweat off your brow after you're done swooning over him) to his perky bow, Elliot will have no problem charming the pants off of everyone this summer. We heard he works for Michael Kors where he's undoubtedly picked up a lesson or two on how to channel classic American style. Those great legs are all his own work though!
