This chap, spotted at the Shark Attack Sounds 4th of July party, certainly got the point that the party was at a "Yacht Club", more specifically the Montauk Yacht Club. Not only did he choose to wear a nautical themed shirt wallpapered with anchors and sailboat steering wheels, but to make his 4th of July outfit complete his skipper hat matches his skipper neck tie.
On any regular day, this outfit may exactly sail right with the fashion community, but on the 4th of July 4th anything goes.
