In your 2009 scrapbook Lickshot, you included images that featured celebrities alongside relatively unknown faces - what we might (hesitantly) call “average” people. (We love how you answered this question for the NYT back in 2009, saying “Everybody’s on equal footing in this journal.”) How does this dynamic between fame and anonymity continue to play into your work?No job is too small and every time I pick up my camera I take it very seriously and give it all my effort.
