Movie: Dirty Dancing
Summer Setting: A resort in the Catskill Mountains of upstate New York in 1963
Love Story: 17-year-old Baby develops a crush on the resort's dance instructor Johnny while vacationing with her affluent family in the Catskill Mountains. "Good girl" Baby experiences the act of "dirty dancing" for the first time and begins to take dance lessons with Johnny who she develops a forbidden romance with.
