It seems like it was yesterday we were announcing the official line up for East Hamptons much anticipated Music To Know festival. In just a matter of weeks they have taken the festival to new heights adding more, new talent, and most recently, announcing that they will be offering more than just music, with a slew of pop-up stores for the ultimate shopping experience! Word is out that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's, Elizabeth and James line, along with Madewell, will be among 30 brands popping up at the festival.
“Smaller, more intimate festivals like this one reach a more specific customer,” Mary-Kate Olsen said.
Youthful and experimental, that shopper may be receptive to “small items and kind of kitschy concepts,” Ashley said, adding that the festival would be an ideal place to test new ideas. Among their offerings will be canvas bags and graphic T-shirts from Elizabeth and James and StyleMint, the Olsens’ by-invitation online store. [via]

Madewell will not only be selling clothes, but will also offer a styling station. Here, festival shoppers can put together looks from a selection of clothing, hats and scarves, then hop in front of a camera for their own moment in the spot light.
Each pop up will pay around $4,000 for the smallest booth, and $6,000 for the largest. The shops will be aligned along a runway of the East Hampton airport, and will account for 25 to 30 percent of the festival's financing.
