Known as the ultimate daytime brunch party, Day & Night resembles a raging nightclub in every way, despite the fact that the sun is blazing while patrons are dancing atop the tables. For Memorial Day weekend, Derek and Daniel Koch, the brothers behind this entire operation, hired a skydiver to deliver bubbly to the tables from 15,000 feet in the air.
